Ex-judge guilty of lying to avoid speeding fine

In a dramatic fall from grace the former federal court judge, Marcus Einfeld, has pleaded guilty to perjury. He has admitted that he lied under oath and attempted to pervert the course of justice in order to avoid a $77 speeding fine.
