Despite some recent hiccups caused by the credit backwash of the global financial crisis, beef market exports to Russia have grown exponentially over the past year. The ABC's Moscow correspondent Scott Bevan reports that the demand for both live cattle and boxed beef has paralleled the country's rising fortunes and tastes.
